The Broderick Walker FC
For today’s post, we have this insanely clean 1987 Mazda Rx7 base.
Broderick purchased this build stock, with 116K original miles. He put in the time and work, completely building it into what it is today.
This builds been equipped with 5 lug and 4 piston brakes, BC racing coilovers, and RE Amemiya front and rear strut bars. He has also done a complete rear setter delete.
With regards to performance, Broderick’s opted for a Racing beat header, paired with a custom ROCfab header back exhaust and a vibrant single resonator/muffler.
He has also not swayed away from cosmetics, installing Kansei KNP wheels, S5 tail lights, a Suicide Speed Shop roof wing, and a OEM Mazda sport wing.
He’s also got on a set of FC2000 side skirts, and a slightly modified Mustang Mach 1 front lip (If you know Orukana, you know we love that!)
Last but not least, he’s got a fully decked out interior. Starting with the Momo suede wheel, all the way to the Daytona pro shift Knob. The corner, defroster vents, and centre trim are also all LRB speed aluminum.
Along with this car, Broderick has also purchased a 1988 FC parts car, with a full turbo to swap into the build. He’s going to use the chassis of the parts car for either an NA-T rotary or a V8 drift build.
