Andrew's adventure with his 2020 Toyota GT86 began as a sentimental journey. This two-door sports car evoked memories of his very first vehicle, a 1988 Toyota Celica GTS. Inspired by this connection, Andrew set out to transform the GT86 into something extraordinary.

For Andrew, his GT86 is more than just a project; it's a homage to his automotive origins and a testament to modern performance. The combination of classic inspiration and advanced modifications makes every drive an exciting experience.

Andrew's GT86 features a remarkable range of upgrades. He installed a 2JZ-GTE engine paired with a CD009 6-speed transmission. The car is outfitted with a Varis widebody kit and a PSR turbo, enhancing both power and aesthetics. It rides on air lift suspension with SPL links and arms for superior handling.

A Mishimoto intercooler ensures optimal cooling, while a Haltech ECU manages the engine. Inside, the audio system has been upgraded to an ARC Audio Black stereo system with a JVC touchscreen. The car rolls on Work Wheel rims wrapped in Toyo R888R tires and features custom downpipes and charge pipes.

The exhaust system has been upgraded to a Invidia N2, and braking performance is improved with YSR big brake kits. For added style, Andrew installed LEDGlow underglow and Vland smoked headlights and taillights.

Andrew is far from done with his GT86. He has plans for additional enhancements, driven by his passion for Toyota and a commitment to perfecting his car. We eagerly anticipate seeing the next stages of his journey and the new modifications he will bring to life.
