Colin’s Hyundai Accent

Colin's 2014 Hyundai Accent isn't just a car; it's a reflection of his passion and creativity. Let's take a look at how this ordinary car turned into an extraordinary project.

Colin purchased this Accent from his dad a few years back. Originally bought in 2019, the car became more than just a mode of transportation; it became a canvas for Colin's automotive creativity. Over time, he grew attached to it and decided to invest in transforming it into something special.

This Hyundai Accent has undergone a significant transformation under Colin's care. Each modification he made was a step toward making the car truly his own, showcasing his commitment and enthusiasm for car culture.

Colin's Accent features a variety of modifications, starting with Motegi MR146 Satin Black Wheels (15x8 et28) paired with Nitto Neo Gen Tires for improved aesthetics and performance. He lowered the car with H&R Sport Lowering Springs and added an Injen Short Ram Intake for better airflow. A 60mm Throttle Body, along with a muffler and secondary cat delete, gives the car a more aggressive sound and performance edge.

Under the hood, Colin installed an Evil Energy Oil Catch Can to keep the engine clean. The driving experience is enhanced with Torque Solutions Solid Shifter Bushings, a Megan Racing Short Shifter, and a Mishimoto Weighted Shift Knob. He also upgraded to a full LED light conversion for better visibility and a modern look.

Inside, the car boasts a Sony XAV-AX150 stereo system, Alpine 6.5” Component Speakers, and a DS18 500W 12” Subwoofer for an impressive audio experience. Numerous other small modifications add to the car's unique character.

Colin's journey with his Hyundai Accent is far from over. His passion for car modification keeps him searching for new upgrades and improvements. This Accent is more than just a car—it's a continuous project that reflects his dedication and creativity.
